Keys to the City ("we," "us") is a consumer marketing service operated by Project Baseline. This policy explains what we collect on keystothecityhomes.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- What you tell us: your first name, phone number, email address, and your quiz answers (goal, timeline, profession, whether you own or rent, and a broad household income range).
- What arrives with your visit: the page you came from, campaign tags (UTM parameters), device and browser type, and general usage data collected through analytics tools.
- What we never collect: Social Security numbers, credit reports, bank statements, or loan application data. This site is not a loan application and performs no credit checks.
How we use it
- To match you with homebuyer programs that may fit your answers.
- To connect you, with your consent, with a licensed loan officer.
- To deliver the free guide you requested and related follow-up you agreed to.
- To measure and improve our pages and advertising.
Who we share it with
Your information goes to our team and, if you asked to be connected, to a licensed loan officer. We also use service providers (hosting, analytics, messaging) who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with list brokers.
Calls and texts
If you checked the consent box, you agreed to be contacted by Keys to the City (operated by Project Baseline) and by a licensed loan officer, including by autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages. We log the time and content of your consent and honor revocations promptly.
Cookies and analytics
We use analytics and advertising measurement tools (such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, once enabled) that set cookies or similar identifiers. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep lead and consent records only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify them.

- Opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of emails via the unsubscribe link.
- Illinois residents may have additional rights under applicable state law.
